Memory Heart
I DESPISE empty wall space and in this instance... door space.
This space could have easily been taken by a poster or two ripped out of my "teeny bop magz" of the past, but everyone has to grow up at some point... *giggles*
So I decided to fool around with decorating with Instagram pictures... (yes, I am that girl who is obsessed with Instagram -- but I should get some credit for being a user since the ancient times in which a popular page pic only took 30 likes in 30 minutes but... I'll stop there)
All you need to complete this project is as follows:

All you need to complete this project is as follows:
- an app called PostalPix (smartphone) (4x4 squares were what I purchased)
- tape
- a good eye for straight alinement on a wall and/or door
Filter: A Beautiful Mess App (smartphone)
This is a simple way to display photos without a frame and keep them from photo albums on a dusty shelf... ewwie!

New Year, New... Book?
I am quite the fan of a good novel, typically fiction... I like to imagine the characters in my own mind and give the story a bit of flare of my own... (if you want a book like this, check out The Fault in Our Stars by John Green -- soon to be a movie)
BUT...
If you are looking for some motivation in your "New Year Resolutions" I recommend The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin
I am still in the course of completing this book, but within the first few chapters, she almost challenges you to start a "project" -- or start doing things in your every day life that can lead to an overall happiness throughout a years course, giving you advice through different months of the year (in fitness, tidiness and everything in between)
I am a person who lacks motivation, so even though this book is a bit "out of my league", I would recommend it to anyone -- just especially those who are looking for change or a bit of (extra) happiness in their life <3
