I am quite the fan of a good novel, typically
fiction... I like to imagine the characters in my own mind and give the story a bit of
flare of my own... (if you want a book like this, check out

BUT...
If you are looking for some motivation in your "
New Year Resolutions" I recommend
The Happiness Project by
Gretchen Rubin
It looks like this ^^^
I am still in the course of completing this book, but within the first few chapters, she almost
challenges you to start a "
project" -- or start doing things in your every day life that can lead to an overall happiness throughout a years course, giving you advice through different months of the year (in fitness, tidiness and everything in between)
I am a person who lacks motivation, so even though this book is a bit "out of my league", I would recommend it to anyone -- just especially those who are looking for
change or a bit of (extra)
happiness in their life <3
