Bonnaroo.
I know this post is late, BUT Bonnaroo is worth the wait.
Documenting Bonnaroo was quite the challenge while camping and using only an iPhone. But then again, an iPhone couldn't have completely captured it's sheer GREATNESS.
On this large Manchester farm, there is an unwritten set of rules, one of which being that there are none... So it doesn't make a great deal on sense BUT (i will probably use that word a lot) everyone is to respect one another and their being.
IT WAS FABULOUS.
No one is judged, everyone is sharing, compliments are exchanged and OBVIOUSLY there was some incredible music
My Favorites being: Reptar, Father John Misty, and Django Django
(if you haven't heard them-they are worth checking out! promise)
I obviously had to take a picture of the famous arch to Center Roo (above)
Sunglasses were necessary, but face paint was optional (and also very common).
The following pictures have been modified using the #abeautifulmess created by the lovely bloggers of A Beautiful Mess
Artwork was very common, people had free reigns to doodle on whatever they pleased. Above is one of the favorites from the trip and after posting to Instagram, the artist was found (how neat!) and his work can be viewed @johnlytlewilson on Insta!
One of the stages before Macklemore performed, whom I was VERY impressed by!
One last shot, this was my background on my phone for a while, because it captures the diverse and free spirit of the farm. An experience to NEVER be forgotten <3
